CEO & Founder
Praveen is a researcher and engineer with over a decade of industrial experience and PhD in composite materials (The Open University, UK & CETIM, France). His career spans structural integrity, finite element analysis, fatigue assessment, and smart manufacturing systems. Post doctorate, he led commercial projects with Queen's University Belfast, Wrightbus, and Hyundai Engineering and collaborated internationally with US, Germany and Italy.
At Sumandra, Praveen leads the technical strategy, transforming his research insights into scalable digital twin solutions. He is recognized as a Top 10 achiever by UK Ulster Tatler Magazine, Research Excellence Award by Indian Polymer Society, and invited by American Society of Materials to organize international conference on residual stress in Detroit.
Ms. Jesssica Burn
COO & Co-founder
Product strategist and UX specialist with 6+ years’ experience shaping digital products. Jessica has led UX for organisations including Pearson, Dyson, NHS Test & Trace, and high-growth startups. As founder of Seamless UX, she’s helps early-stage SaaS companies improve retention, reduce churn, and accelerate product–market fit through insight-led design. She brings deep expertise in customer behaviour, UX-led growth, and building products users value.

Dr. Anna-Maria El Bayssari, Project Engineer
Anna Maria El Bayssari holds a PhD in materials and mechanical engineering from Nantes Université - France. She currently serves as a Research Engineer at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab in France. Her expertise lies in materials science and mechanical engineering, with a focus on composite materials. Anna Maria has also collaborated with Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour and CANOE - Le Centre Technologique, contributing to advancements in smart manufacturing processes.
Dr. Ravishankar M N, Business Advisor
Ravishankar is a Dean of Queen’s University Belfast - Business School, and former Professor at Loughborough University, specializing in technology and globalization with over 15 years of experience in global leadership. He has led multi-million-dollar research initiatives, and secured funding from top organizations like ESRC and The British Academy. His extensive network and strategic expertise in managing digital innovations and scaling startups position us for strong financial growth and global market penetration.
Achievements: Editorial boards of five scholarly journals and consistently ranked top 20 global scholars in the Association for Information Systems.
Mr. Christian Jocker, Full Stack Developer
Christian is a freelance Full-Stack Developer with a 10 years of background in creating exceptional web applications. His core competencies encompass modern web technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js, complemented by his proficiency in UX/UI design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
